• Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to confirm your spot.

• Student Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before a scheduled class may be eligible for a full refund or transfer to another class date.
   
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the class may be eligible for a partial credit toward future training, at our discretion.
   
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the course are non-refundable.
   
• Company Cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other circumstances, students will be offered a transfer to a new date or a full refund.
   

• Certification cards are issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) upon successful completion of the course requirements.
   
• Cards are typically delivered electronically within 2-3 business days after course completion.
   
• Replacement cards may incur an additional fee.
   

• You may not use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose.
   
• Unauthorized use of the site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

• CPR and First Aid training teaches life-saving skills, but we cannot guarantee outcomes in actual emergency situations.
   
• IKON CPR TRAINING is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after training sessions.
